About the Role

As a Remote Freight, Stock, and Material Mover Coordinator at Global Logistics Pro, you will be the “digital brain” behind the physical movement of goods. Your primary mission is to oversee the strategic movement of freight, manage stock levels across multiple hubs, and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure that materials arrive exactly where they need to be, exactly when they are needed. Key Responsibilities

Freight & Shipment Orchestration

• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of freight carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials.
• Monitor transit times and proactively communicate delays to stakeholders to maintain seamless production schedules.
• Audit shipping manifests and bills of lading for 100% accuracy.

Stock & Inventory Optimization

• Analyze stock levels across various remote warehouses to prevent overstocking or critical shortages.

Material Flow Management

Requirements
