Lead end-to-end investor outreach, pitch deck development, financial due diligence, and term-sheet negotiations to secure pre-seed, seed, and follow-on capital. Own the company’s financial modeling, cash runway management, and unit economics in order to ensure capital-efficient growth, transparent board reporting, and strategic resource deployment that maximizes shareholder value.

Team Building & Remote Culture

Recruit, onboard, and retain exceptional talent across multiple time zones and disciplines. Design lightweight yet robust asynchronous workflows, comprehensive documentation standards, and energizing communication rituals that keep a distributed workforce aligned, motivated, and highly productive without the drag of unnecessary meetings.

Product & Growth Execution

Oversee MVP scope definition, iterative product development sprints, and a data-driven go-to-market strategy that accelerates user acquisition. Requirements
