About the Role

As the Remote Founder, you will be responsible for defining the company’s mission, identifying market opportunities, and creating a go‑to‑market strategy that accelerates growth. Your day‑to‑day will involve setting strategic priorities, mentoring early‑stage hires, and representing the company to investors, partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and communicate a clear vision and long‑term roadmap.
• Identify target markets, validate problem‑solution fit, and iterate on product concepts.
• Build and mentor a cross‑functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Lead fundraising activities, including pitch preparation, investor relations, and capital allocation.
• Establish operational processes, culture, and governance that support scalable growth.
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and in media outreach.

Requirements

We look for a proven entrepreneur or senior leader who has successfully launched or scaled a tech‑focused venture. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and possesses the resilience needed to navigate early‑stage challenges.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in product management, engineering, or business development.
• Track record of raising seed or Series A funding (or equivalent bootstrapping success).
• Deep understanding of lean startup methodologies, MVP development, and customer discovery.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align remote teams.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, cap table management, and investor reporting.
