About the Role

As our Remote Financial Manager, you will be the architectural backbone of our fiscal health. Moving beyond traditional accounting, you will own the financial narrative—building models, interpreting data, and advising leadership on decisions that shape our market trajectory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability, manage capital allocation, and ensure sustainable scaling, all from your preferred home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the creation of detailed budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with aggressive growth objectives.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly reporting packages that provide clear, actionable insights to the executive team.
• Cash Flow & Capital Management: Proactively manage cash flow, working capital, and financing activities to support operational excellence and strategic investments.
• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing financial modeling for new initiatives, pricing strategies, and ROI analyses.
• Process Improvement: Streamline financial systems, controls, and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in a remote environment.

Requirements

We are seeking a data-driven strategist with a proven track record in a dynamic, scaling environment. The ideal candidate is a CPA or MBA with a finance/accounting background and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or senior analyst role.

You Have:

• Mastery of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced context.
• Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with modern ERP/BI platforms (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Tableau).
• Strong communication skills to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive with minimal supervision.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, e-commerce, or other high-growth industries is highly desirable.

Salary Range
