About the Role

As our Financial Manager, you will be the driving force behind the financial health of a fast‑moving FinTech company. You’ll develop forecasting models, manage cash flow, and provide actionable insights that guide product strategy and investor relations. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 9.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for a $200M+ revenue pipeline, driving cross‑functional alignment and data‑driven decision making.
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash management, banking relationships, and foreign‑exchange hedging.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to evaluate new revenue streams, pricing models, and profitability projections.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience in a SaaS or FinTech environment.
• Proficiency in cloud‑based ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.
