About the Role

As the Financial Manager, you will be the steward of the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and proactive risk management. You will partner with department heads to translate business goals into financial plans, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations that support sustainable growth. Working remotely, you’ll leverage modern collaboration tools to lead monthly close processes, variance analysis, and strategic forecasting cycles. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, budgets, and long‑term financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain drivers of performance to senior leadership.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and banking relationships.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Lead internal audit preparations and coordinate with external auditors during year‑end reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to increase efficiency.
• Provide financial guidance on pricing, capex decisions, and investment evaluations.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for organizations with $10M+ annual revenue.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP) and familiarity with SOX controls.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Outstanding communication skills; comfortable presenting financial results to non‑financial stakeholders.

Salary Range
