About the Role
As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the on-the-ground voice of Summit Brand Growth—even from your home office. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. What You’ll Do
- Represent the brand in virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and customer-facing promotional activities.
- Build relationships with customers, retailers, event organizers, and local marketing partners.

- Plan daily outreach priorities and manage your schedule around high-impact engagement windows.
- Track conversations, campaign activity, leads, and conversions using our digital sales platform.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, and campaign teams to improve local brand execution.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotion, retail sales, customer engagement, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and professional presentation skills.
- A strong, relationship-first approach to building trust with diverse audiences.
- Self-direction, organized scheduling, and consistent follow-through without close supervision.
- Comfort using video meeting tools, CRM software, mobile applications, and digital promotional platforms.
- Ability to travel occasionally for optional business events is helpful but not required.
Salary Range
Based on industry standards for U.S. field marketing, brand promotion, and remote customer-facing positions, the estimated salary range is $48,000–$68,000 USD per year.
