Key Responsibilities

Digital Order Management

Monitor and process incoming orders from various third-party delivery apps and our proprietary website. You will ensure that all special instructions, dietary restrictions, and customizations are clearly communicated to the production teams to prevent errors.

Customer Experience Coordination

Provide rapid-response support to customers via live chat and email. You will handle inquiries regarding order status, missing items, or delivery delays with professional grace and a solution-oriented mindset.

Real-Time Logistics Monitoring

Keep a close eye on the digital dashboard to monitor delivery driver proximity and kitchen preparation times. You will proactively communicate with both the kitchen and the delivery fleet to maintain our industry-leading speed of service.

Menu & Inventory Updates

Assist in updating digital menus to reflect real-time availability. If an item goes out of stock, you are responsible for updating the digital storefront immediately to prevent customer disappointment.

Requirements

To excel in this remote environment, candidates must possess the following:

  • Previous Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or high-volume customer service is highly preferred.
  • Tech Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs, POS-integrated software, and communication tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams with ease.
