Must-Haves

• 3+ years of estimating experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Proficiency with software such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or RSMeans.
• Strong math, analytical, and written communication skills.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.

Salary Range

Based on current industry standards for remote estimators in the United States, this position pays $68,000 – $92,000 USD/year, with top performers earning bonus incentives tied to bid-hit ratio. Compensation is reviewed every 12 months and adjusted for cost-of-living and skill growth.
