Key Responsibilities

– Review architectural and engineering drawings to extract quantitative takeoffs and material specifications.

– Conduct comprehensive cost analyses using historical data, market trends, and supplier pricing.

– Prepare detailed bid packages and present findings to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Required Skills & Experience

– Minimum 3 years of professional estimating experience in construction or a related engineering field.

– Proficiency with industry estimating software such as Sage Estimating, ProEst, or Bluebeam.

– Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of delivering error‑free cost proposals.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex calculations.

– Self‑motivation and disciplined time‑management capabilities for thriving in a remote setting.

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

Education & Certifications
