About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our fully remote team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating project costs, materials, and labor requirements for our diverse range of construction and development projects. This is a critical role that directly influences project profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to estimate project requirements
• Identify and quantify potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and project costs
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and construction methods

Qualifications & Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimation or a similar role
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 – $75,000 USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and expertise. In addition to base salary, estimators may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing opportunities.
