As a Remote Estimator, you will be the bridge between the initial vision and the final budget. Salary Range

$75,000 – $110,000 USD per year (Depending on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

Precision Cost Analysis

You will perform comprehensive material take-offs and labor estimates using digital tools. Your primary goal is to minimize variance between estimated costs and actual project expenditures, ensuring maximum efficiency for every contract.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

Maintaining a robust network of suppliers is key. You will communicate with vendors to obtain current pricing, negotiate rates, and ensure that all quotes are up-to-date with market fluctuations.

Bid Preparation & Submission

You will compile detailed bid packages, including cost breakdowns and project timelines. You’ll work closely with the Project Management team to ensure that the scope of work is fully captured and that no hidden costs are overlooked.

Digital Collaboration

Since this is a 100% remote position, you will utilize Slack, Zoom, and Procore to stay aligned with the team, attending virtual pre-bid meetings and providing real-time updates on pending estimates.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating or a similar pre-construction role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Planswift, Bluebeam, or RSMeans.
• A deep understanding of construction methods, material costs, and labor productivity rates.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and an obsessive attention to detail.
