About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects for utility‑scale solar, wind, and storage facilities. You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams, ensuring that every milestone meets rigorous safety, quality, and schedule standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with design engineers, procurement specialists, and field crews to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Monitor progress against critical path activities, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site‑virtual inspections, review subcontractor performance, and enforce compliance with NEC, IEC, and local codes.
• Prepare and present status reports, change orders, and final documentation to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging lessons learned and adopting emerging technologies such as BIM and digital twins.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field (PE license preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical projects for renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with exposure to EPC contracts.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent) and electrical design tools (ETAP, SKM, or AutoCAD Electrical).
• Strong understanding of power distribution, protection systems, grounding, and medium/high voltage equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence and motivate remote teams and external partners.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
