About the Role

You’ll be the linchpin between engineering, procurement, and construction teams, translating ambitious visions into tangible, compliant installations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining project scope, budgets, and schedules for high‑profile electrical infrastructure projects.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams—design engineers, field technicians, safety officers, and subcontractors—to maintain seamless progress.
• Monitoring project performance against KPI dashboards, proactively mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to industry standards such as IEEE, NEC, and ISO 9001.
• Negotiating contracts, managing change orders, and maintaining transparent communication with clients and senior leadership.
• Championing sustainability initiatives by integrating renewable energy components and optimizing energy efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical engineering or construction.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale electrical projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore) and BIM tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details for diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, permitting processes, and code compliance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).

Salary Range

Competitive compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and certifications.
