About the Role

We are seeking a results‑driven Electrical Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end delivery of commercial and industrial electrical systems. This position is 100 % remote, allowing you to collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors from any location. You will be responsible for planning schedules, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high‑quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent electrical initiatives.
• Coordinate with design engineers, procurement specialists, and on‑site crews to maintain seamless workflow.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep milestones on track.
• Prepare and present status reports, change orders, and final documentation for senior leadership.
• Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and client specifications.
• Mentor junior project coordinators and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing electrical construction or maintenance projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PE (Professional Engineer), or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana).

Compensation & Benefits
