Salary Range

Our competitive salary range for this Remote Electrical Designer position is $65,000 – $90,000 USD/year, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

Create detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and control panel layouts using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools.

Project Collaboration

Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and clients to ensure designs meet technical requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.

Code Compliance

Ensure all designs comply with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC, IEC, and other local requirements as needed.

Documentation

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including bill of materials, specifications, and reports to support project implementation and maintenance.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful project completion.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.), strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, and experience with both low and high voltage systems.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
