About the Role

In this fully remote position, you will be the architectural and engineering backbone for our project teams. You will transform conceptual electrical plans into precise, constructible drawings and models using advanced CAD and BIM software. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical construction drawings, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and fire alarm systems.
• Create and modify P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), single-line diagrams, and panel schedules.
• Produce 3D models and 2D drafts using AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or similar BIM platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to interpret design concepts and technical specifications.
• Perform design calculations, voltage drop analysis, and conduit fill checks to ensure code compliance (NEC, NFPA 70E).
• Maintain drawing archives and manage revision control in a cloud-based document management system.
• Support field personnel during construction by providing clarification drawings and as-built markups.

Salary Range
