About the Role
As a Remote Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for producing detailed electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts that meet industry standards and client specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop single‑line diagrams, schematic designs, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar CAD tools.

- Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and support procurement by providing accurate component specifications.
- Review vendor drawings and coordinate with manufacturing teams to resolve design‑for‑manufacturability issues.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design for power distribution, control panels, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar) and familiarity with electrical calculation tools.
- Strong understanding of NEC, IEC, UL, and other relevant standards.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.
