Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

• Direct the daily operations of the clinical team, ensuring seamless delivery of care and adherence to gold-standard medical practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive clinical policies and procedures to maintain the highest quality of patient safety.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for remote clinicians.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor clinical outcomes and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
• Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and federal healthcare mandates.
• Conduct regular clinical audits and peer reviews to ensure consistency and excellence in documentation.

Strategic Growth

• Collaborate with the CTO and Product teams to integrate clinical feedback into the telehealth platform.
• Analyze patient data to identify trends and optimize care pathways for better efficiency and outcomes.
• Represent the organization in clinical partnerships and industry conferences.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related clinical field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in clinical management, with a proven track record of leading large teams.
• Prior experience in a telehealth or remote care environment is highly preferred.
