About the Role

The Director of Clinical Services serves as the chief clinical authority for VitalCare Telehealth Solutions, overseeing all clinical programs, provider credentialing, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives. You will partner with technology, analytics, and business teams to integrate evidence‑based practices into virtual care pathways, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Clinical Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization’s clinical strategy, aligning it with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative telehealth protocols that enhance accessibility and care quality.
• Supervise a team of clinical managers, fostering professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all clinical services meet or exceed Joint Commission, HIPAA, and state regulatory standards.
• Implement robust quality metrics, conduct regular audits, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee risk management processes, including incident reporting and root‑cause analyses.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Partner with product, data science, and operations teams to integrate clinical insights into platform enhancements.
• Facilitate communication between physicians, nurses, and administrators to streamline care coordination.
• Represent the clinical perspective in executive meetings, influencing strategic decisions and budgeting.

Requirements

Education & Experience

A Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related clinical field is required, with a Doctorate preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including at least 5 years in telehealth or virtual care settings.
