About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff to maintain strong performance, accountability, and patient-centered care standards.

• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, accreditation standards, and organizational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related clinical or healthcare field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in clinical services, healthcare operations, case management, nursing leadership, or patient care administration.
• Proven ability to lead remote or hybrid clinical teams and manage performance through clear communication and measurable goals.
