About the Role

HealthBridge Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs across multiple service lines. This 100 % remote position reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborates with operations, quality, and technology leaders to deliver high‑value care to diverse populations. You will champion evidence‑based practices, manage regulatory readiness, and lead performance‑improvement initiatives that elevate outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive clinical services strategy aligned with organizational goals and payer requirements.
• Supervise a distributed team of nurse managers, therapists, and clinical coordinators, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, and state licensure standards across all virtual and in‑person service delivery sites.
• Drive quality metrics dashboards, root‑cause analyses, and corrective action plans to reduce readmissions, improve HEDIS scores, and enhance patient experience.
• Partner with product and IT teams to integrate telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and data analytics tools that support clinical workflows.
• Manage the clinical budget, forecast staffing needs, and negotiate vendor contracts for ancillary services.
• Represent the organization in external audits, accreditation surveys, and industry conferences.

Requirements

Education & Licensure

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one compact state; multistate licensure or willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Certification in Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), Nurse Executive (NE‑BC), or equivalent leadership credential.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of progressive clinical leadership, with at least 3 years in a director‑level role overseeing multi‑site or virtual care programs.
• Proven track record of improving quality metrics, achieving accreditation, and managing budgets exceeding $10 M.
• Deep familiarity with value‑based care models, population health management, and regulatory frameworks (CMS, Joint Commission, NCQA).

Core Competencies

• Strategic planning and change management in a remote‑first environment.
• Data‑driven decision making; proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills for virtual collaboration, stakeholder presentations, and clinical documentation.
• Strong cultural competence and commitment to health equity.

Salary Range

Estimated annual compensation: $145,000 – $185,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience, credentials, and geographic differentials. The package includes a performance‑based bonus up to 15 % of base salary.
