About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the clinical services roadmap aligned with organizational growth goals.
• Identify emerging telehealth trends and integrate evidence‑based practices into service offerings.
• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Management

• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate clinical managers, nurses, therapists, and support staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient‑centered care.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for clinical programs.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee scheduling, documentation, and quality assurance for all remote encounters.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive clinical leadership, with at least 3 years managing telehealth or home‑based services.
• Active RN or equivalent clinical license in good standing.

Skills & Competencies

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for senior clinical leadership in telehealth, the expected compensation is $130,000 – $165,000 USD per year, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
