About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; a Doctorate or advanced clinical degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive clinical leadership experience, with at least three (3) years in a director‑level or equivalent role.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams in telehealth, ambulatory care, hospital, or community health settings.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling clinical programs that improve outcomes and reduce costs.
