  • Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, HIPAA regulations, Joint Commission standards, and other accreditation bodies.
  • Manage the financial aspects of clinical operations, including budget preparation, cost analysis, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency without compromising care quality.
  • Lead quality assurance and risk management activities, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective action plans when needed.
  • Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and payer negotiations to advocate for best practices and influence healthcare policy.

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive clinical leadership experience, with at least three (3) years in a director‑level or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams in telehealth, ambulatory care, hospital, or community health settings.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling clinical programs that improve outcomes and reduce costs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong background in budget management, financial forecasting, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and value‑based care models.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, patient‑centered culture that values diversity, equity, and continuous learning.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $165,000 USD per year, reflecting the seniority and impact of the position.
  • Full remote work flexibility with a monthly home‑office stipend to support ergonomic setup and connectivity.
