About the Role

As the Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical programs delivered virtually. You will partner with executive leadership to align clinical initiatives with business goals, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to accreditation standards. Your expertise will drive quality improvement, staff development, and patient satisfaction across a diverse national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical service strategies that enhance access, efficiency, and outcomes for remote patients.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, coordinators, and support staff; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Monitor key performance indicators, conduct data‑driven analyses, and implement corrective actions to meet quality benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, HIPAA).
• Oversee budget preparation, resource allocation, and financial reporting for clinical operations.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a director‑level role.
• Proven track record managing remote or telehealth clinical services across multiple states.
• Active, unrestricted RN or equivalent clinical license; certification in healthcare management (e.g., CPHQ, FACHE) is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and quality improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong financial acumen: experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility for clinical divisions.
