About the Role

As the Director of Clinical Services, you will be the visionary leader responsible for overseeing our clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and guiding a talented team of remote clinicians. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing clinical policies, standards, and programs that enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction across our virtual platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of remote nurses, physicians, and support staff.
• Develop and enforce clinical protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics, patient outcomes, and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and product teams to optimize telehealth workflows and technology adoption.
• Oversee patient safety initiatives, risk management, and accreditation preparedness.
• Manage clinical budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Represent the clinical voice in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder meetings.

Salary Range

The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top clinical talent in the remote healthcare space.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States; eligibility for compact state licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, or virtual care delivery.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state licensing requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and clinical data analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Certification in Case Management (CCM) or similar clinical credential.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDSA.
• Familiarity with AI-driven clinical decision support systems.
• Background in startup or scaling healthcare organizations.
