Key Responsibilities

Salary Range

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States; eligibility for compact state licensure preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, or virtual care delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state licensing requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and clinical data analytics tools.
