About the Role

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Current professional licensure or certification relevant to the clinical domain (e.g., RN, LPN, PA, or physician credential).
  • Proven track record of leading clinical teams, managing P&L responsibilities, and driving measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance frameworks, and accreditation standards (Joint Commission, CMS, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
