About the Role

We’re seeking empathetic and dedicated professionals to join our network of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this vital role, you’ll collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to deliver person-centered support that promotes dignity, choice, and quality of life. Your work will directly impact individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and thrive in inclusive settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support clients in maintaining their living spaces and managing daily routines
• Coordinate with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to ensure consistent care
• Encourage social engagement, hobbies, and community participation
• Document client progress, challenges, and care updates in secure digital systems
• Participate in virtual training sessions and team consultations

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (we provide training)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year depending on experience, certifications, and client load
