About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support with activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, meal preparation, and hygiene.

• Implement individualized care plans developed by multidisciplinary teams, ensuring consistency and safety.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of interactions, progress, and any incidents.
• Communicate regularly with families, supervisors, and other caregivers to coordinate care and share insights.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license (required for local outings).
• Previous experience in direct support or caregiving (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to foster independence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you must be at least 21 years old, pass a background check, and hold a current First Aid/CPR certification. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace are essential for delivering top‑notch support.

Salary & Compensation
