About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (1+ year) working with individuals with disabilities in a caregiving, educational, or support capacity.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information sensitively.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet home workspace.

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for remote DSP roles and experience level, the annual salary range for this position is $45,000 – $65,000 USD per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Final offer amounts are determined by geographic location (for cost of living adjustments), relevant experience, and specific certifications.
