Key Responsibilities

Day‑to‑Day Tasks

Requirements

Education & Certification

High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in human services, social work, or related field preferred. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for client outings. CPR/First Aid certification is essential; Certified Direct Support Professional (CDSP) or similar credential is a strong advantage.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of direct support experience with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a home‑based setting. Prior remote work experience or familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus. Experience with behavior intervention plans and crisis de‑escalation techniques is highly valued.
