Looking for a flexible, impactful dental career without the commute? We’re seekinglicensed dentists to provide high-quality virtual consultations, treatment planning, and patient education—100% from home. With competitive pay, modern tech, and real work-life balance, this is your chance to redefine dental care in the digital age.

About the Role

As a Remote Dentist, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based dental guidance via secure video consultations, phone calls, and asynchronous messaging. You’ll review patient records, assess oral health concerns, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with in-network hygienists and labs when in-person follow-up is needed. This is not a call-center role—we empower clinicians to practice meaningfully, ethically, and efficiently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations for new and returning patients
  • Develop comprehensive oral health and treatment plans
  • Review and interpret X-rays, intraoral photos, and clinical notes
  • Document patient encounters in our HIPAA-compliant EHR system
  • Coordinate care with local providers when in-person services are required
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and peer reviews

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
  • Active, unrestricted dental license in good standing in at least one U.S. state
  • Valid DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (post-licensure)
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth platforms
  • Reliable high-speed internet, private workspace, and HIPAA-compliant home office setup
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered virtual care

Why Dentists Love Working With Us

  • 💰 Competitive Compensation: $125,000 – $165,000 USD/year (based on experience and caseload)
  • 🕒 Flexible Scheduling: Choose shifts that fit your life—mornings, evenings, or weekends
  • 💻 State-of-the-Art Tools: Access our proprietary tele-dentistry platform with AI-assisted triage, integrated imaging, and e-prescribing
  • 🎓 Professional Growth: Monthly CME stipends, mentorship, and leadership pathways
  • 🏥 Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with 4% match; malpractice insurance (claims-made, tail coverage provided)
  • 🏡 Work-From-Home Support: Stipend for home office setup and ergonomic equipment

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome general dentists, pediatric specialists, and oral health advocates who believe virtual care can—and should—complement traditional dentistry. Whether you’re seeking an exit from the chairside grind, a way to stay clinically active during career transitions, or a path toward physician-led digital health innovation, we’re built for you.

Technology You’ll Use

  • Secure video platform with integrated teledentistry features
  • AI-powered risk-assessment tools for caries, periodontal, and oral cancer screening
  • EHR with automated billing, coding, and insurance verification
  • Mobile app for patients to upload photos, track symptoms, and complete pre-consult questionnaires

Impact Beyond the Screen

Every virtual consult has ripple effects: reducing ER visits for dental pain, expanding access to care in underserved areas, and helping patients avoid costly emergencies through early intervention. As a Remote Dentist, you’re not just a clinician—you’re a preventive health advocate in the digital ecosystem.

Next Steps

If this aligns with your values and aspirations, we’d love to hear from you. Our team will review applications on a rolling basis and schedule interviews for qualified candidates. We prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion—and welcome dentists of all backgrounds, from new grads to seasoned professionals.

Dental care doesn’t need to be tied to a physical office. It’s time to bring expertise to the patient—wherever they are.
