About the Role

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct live video assessments of patients’ oral health, identifying plaque, gingivitis, and early caries indicators.
• Develop personalized home‑care plans, including brushing techniques, interdental cleaning, and fluoride recommendations.
• Document findings in the electronic health record (EHR) and communicate treatment updates to supervising dentists in real time.
• Lead virtual group education sessions for schools, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations.

Technology & Workflow

• Operate the SmileBright Telehealth platform (HIPAA‑compliant video, intra‑oral camera integration, AI‑assisted charting).
• Schedule and manage a flexible caseload of 15–20 patient encounters per week.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary case reviews with dentists, periodontists, and orthodontists.

Requirements

Licensure & Education

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in at least one U.S. state; multi‑state licensure a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from a CODA‑accredited program.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of clinical hygiene experience (private practice, public health, or telehealth).
• Proficiency with digital imaging software, EHR systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft), and video conferencing tools.

Salary Range
