Salary Range

About the Role

As a Remote Dental Hygienist with our team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through virtual consultations, treatment planning, and preventive care education. While this position is 100% remote, you’ll collaborate closely with our in-office team to ensure seamless patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual patient assessments and providing personalized oral health guidance
• Developing and maintaining patient treatment plans in partnership with dentists
• Educating patients on proper hygiene techniques and product recommendations
• Managing patient records and documentation using digital platforms
• Participating in continuing education to stay current with industry trends

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene or related field
• Valid state license in Dental Hygiene (must be eligible for remote practice)
• Certification in CPR and infection control

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general dentistry or community health
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy regulations

Technical Competencies

• Comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.)
