Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program or equivalent certification (e.g., DANB Certified Dental Assistant – CDA).
• Current Florida Dental Assistant License.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in a dental office setting, supporting general dentistry procedures.
• Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
