About the Role

In this fully remote position, you will be the organizational backbone of our virtual dental clinic. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full patient lifecycle from initial virtual contact to post-treatment follow-up.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual consultations, follow-ups, and specialist referrals.
• Accurately input, update, and maintain patient records and treatment plans in our EHR system.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and discuss financial options remotely.
• Prepare and send pre- and post-operative instructions and educational materials digitally.
• Act as a liaison between patients, dentists, and external labs/suppliers.
• Assist in managing digital inventory for take-home kits and patient supplies.
• Continuously optimize virtual patient workflows to enhance experience and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification or diploma from an accredited Dental Assisting program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office setting (clinical or administrative).

Salary Range
