Compensation & Earning Potential

Annual Salary Range

$45,000 – $65,000 USD/year (based on full-time hours, delivery volume, performance bonuses, and customer tip potential). This range reflects industry standards for skilled delivery professionals who manage their own routes and equipment.

How You Earn

Your pay combines a base hourly rate with per-delivery bonuses and retained customer tips. The more efficiently you complete your assigned zones, the more you can earn. Key Responsibilities

Daily Route Execution

Using our proprietary driver app, you’ll plan optimal daily routes, pick up packages from local hubs or partner stores, and deliver them to residential or commercial addresses within your designated area. You are responsible for safe driving, timely deliveries, and maintaining your vehicle’s cleanliness and roadworthiness.

Customer Experience

You are the brand ambassador. This means providing friendly, professional interactions during handovers, securing signatures or proof of delivery via the app, and promptly communicating any delivery issues to our support team. Excellent customer service leads to higher ratings and more bonus opportunities.

Administrative Accuracy

Complete end-of-day digital logs, report any vehicle maintenance needs, and manage your schedule through the app. Accuracy in scanning packages and updating delivery statuses is critical for our operational integrity.

What You Bring

Essential Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
• Reliable, insured personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or van) that passes a basic safety inspection.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) with a stable data plan to run our navigation and tracking apps.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
