About the Role

As a Remote Datacenter Technician you will be the virtual front‑line guardian of our clients’ critical workloads. Leveraging secure remote‑access tools, you’ll perform real‑time diagnostics, hardware replacements, firmware upgrades, and capacity planning—all from a dedicated home workstation.

• Monitor 24/7 alerts via a centralized NOC dashboard and respond within SLA thresholds.
• Execute remote power‑cycle, BIOS configuration, and OS imaging on servers across Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 facilities.
• Collaborate with on‑site field engineers for hardware swaps that require physical presence, coordinating logistics and providing step‑by‑step guidance.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data‑center operations, server hardware, or network infrastructure.
