About the Role

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with datacenter hardware (servers, rack‑mount storage, networking gear).
- Familiarity with IPMI, iLO, iDRAC, or similar out‑of‑band management interfaces.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of server architectures (x86, ARM) and storage technologies (SATA, SAS, NVMe, Fibre Channel).
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems for hardware validation.
- Basic networking knowledge: VLANs, TCP/IP, subnetting, and switch configuration.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware manuals.
- Comfort using remote monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Datadog) and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, JIRA Service Desk).
