  • Document all technical procedures, site visits, and changes in detailed ticketing and knowledge base systems.
  • Collaborate with network, systems, and security teams to support infrastructure projects and maintenance windows.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, security policies, and SLA compliance for all assigned facilities.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with server hardware (rack mounting, cabling, power distribution) from major OEMs (Dell, HP, Supermicro, etc.).li>
  • Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and remote management tools (iDRAC, iLO, IPMI).
  • CompTIA A+ and Server+ certifications (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear coordination with on-site teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive rack tasks, as occasional local travel to datacenters may be required for specific projects.

Salary Range

Based on industry standards for this remote technical role, the annual salary is estimated at $45,000 – $65,000 USD, depending on experience and specific technical proficiencies. This range includes a competitive base salary with potential for performance-based bonuses.
