About the Role

As a Remote Datacenter Technician with our company, you are the essential frontline support for our extensive network of enterprise data centers. You will be responsible for the health, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server hardware, storage arrays, and networking equipment—all while collaborating with a distributed team of IT professionals. Your day-to-day will involve remote diagnostics, coordinating with on-site personnel for hands-on tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring 99.9% uptime for our clients’ critical systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting for servers, racks, and network devices.
• Coordinate and guide on-site technicians through complex installations, replacements, and repairs.
• Monitor data center environmental systems (power, cooling) via remote management tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records for all hardware components.
• Execute scheduled maintenance and firmware updates during approved change windows.
• Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our knowledge base.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical infrastructure alerts.

Essential Qualifications
