Your goal is to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and maximize uptime for our clients.

• Maintaining 99.99% uptime for critical infrastructure.
• Resolving hardware tickets within 4 hours of detection.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental safety standards (fire suppression, cooling).

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines technical grit with remote work discipline. You must be self-motivated and able to communicate effectively without being in the room.

Hard Skills

• 2+ years of experience in datacenter operations, NOC, or field technician roles.
• Proficiency in Linux command line (Bash) and basic Windows Server administration.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, and VLAN configurations.
• Familiarity with IPMI, iLO, iDRAC, and remote management tools like OpenStack or VMware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide on-site support on short notice (travel required occasionally).
