Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Maintenance

– Conduct comprehensive monitoring of server clusters, storage systems, and networking gear to ensure 99.9% uptime

– Perform routine preventative maintenance including component inspections, firmware updates, and calibration

– Troubleshooting hardware failures, software glitches, and infrastructure bottlenecks when they arise

– Execute scheduled backups and verify data integrity across all storage arrays

Incident Management

– Investigate and resolve hardware failures, software anomalies, and environmental hazards immediately

– Escalate urgent issues to senior engineering teams with clear documentation of root cause analysis

– Implement emergency contingency plans during outage scenarios to minimize service disruption

– Maintain real-time communication channels with stakeholders throughout resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of direct experience as a Datacenter Technician, Facilities Manager, or equivalent facility leadership role
• Deep understanding of server architectures, operating systems (both Windows Server and Linux variants), and virtualization platforms
• Proficiency with storage solutions such as NAS/SAN systems and database clustering technologies
• Solid foundation in networking fundamentals including routing, switching, and load balancing concepts
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining rigorous documentation standards
• Valid background check and willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support when required

• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters or other container orchestration platforms

Salary Range
