Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Orchestration

• Remotely monitor server health and perform proactive diagnostics to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with on-site facility staff to execute hardware swaps, cabling, and rack installations.
• Manage BIOS updates, firmware patches, and OS deployments across a distributed fleet of servers.

Technical Troubleshooting

• Analyze system logs and telemetry data to identify bottlenecks or hardware degradation.
• Utilize IPMI, iDRAC, or ILO interfaces to perform remote resets and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with Network Engineers to resolve connectivity issues and optimize traffic flow.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain meticulous digital records of asset movements and hardware lifecycles.
• Ensure all remote operations adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for remote hardware remediation.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Residency: Must be a legal resident of Texas to comply with regional operational requirements.
