Join a world-class infrastructure team as a Remote Datacenter Technician, where you will oversee critical server health and network stability from the comfort of your home. If you are a hardware enthusiast with a passion for uptime and efficiency, this is your chance to manage enterprise-level systems for a global leader in cloud computing.

About the Role

As a Remote Datacenter Technician, you aren’t just monitoring screens; you are the digital guardian of our most critical infrastructure. While the physical hardware resides in our state-of-the-art facilities, you will utilize advanced remote management tools, IPMI, and cloud-based orchestration software to ensure 99.99% uptime. You will be the first line of defense in identifying hardware failures, managing virtualized environments, and coordinating with on-site “smart hands” to execute physical swaps and cabling updates.

This role is perfect for the technician who loves the complexity of a datacenter but prefers the flexibility of a home office. You will bridge the gap between high-level network architecture and the physical reality of server racks, ensuring that our global clients experience seamless performance without a millisecond of lag.
