Salary Range

$135,000 – $185,000 USD per year (Depending on experience and technical expertise)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to automate decision-making processes.
• Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build robust data pipelines and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
• Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualization.
• Optimize existing algorithms to improve accuracy, latency, and scalability in a production environment.
• Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, implementing state-of-the-art techniques to maintain our competitive advantage.

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer in a professional setting.
• Mastery of Python or R, including deep knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Soft Skills & Background

• A Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
