Salary Range

$135,000 – $175,000 USD/year (Depending on experience and technical proficiency)

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Predictive Modeling

Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behavior, optimize pricing strategies, and reduce churn. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a model, from data cleaning and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.

Data Architecture & Mining

Extract large datasets from various sources using complex SQL queries and Python scripts. You will clean unstructured data and build robust pipelines to ensure the integrity and scalability of our data lake.

Strategic Storytelling

Translate complex technical findings into clear, executive-level presentations. You will work closely with stakeholders to explain the “why” behind the numbers, transforming raw statistics into a narrative that drives business growth.

Technical Requirements

Core Competencies

• Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) and R.
• Database Management: Advanced SQL skills with experience in PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Mathematics: A deep understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
• Visualization: Mastery of Tableau, Power BI, or Plotly to create intuitive, interactive dashboards.

Experience & Education

• A Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
