Key Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed and confidential customer records.
- Collaborate with the logistics and marketing teams to resolve systemic customer issues.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred.
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or call center environment (remote experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and positive demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home office space.

Salary and Benefits
