About the Role

This is a 100% remote position designed for skilled construction laborers who can transition their field knowledge to a digital workflow. You will act as the virtual “hands” for on‑site crews, handling tasks such as:

• Collecting and uploading daily progress photos, time‑cards, and material receipts via cloud‑based platforms.
• Coordinating with project managers to schedule deliveries, equipment rentals, and subcontractor shifts.
• Running virtual safety inspections, flagging hazards, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
• Providing real‑time support to on‑site teams through video calls, augmented‑reality walkthroughs, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
