About the Role

This position supports active job sites by organizing labor updates, tracking materials, reviewing safety documents, and communicating important information between field crews, supervisors, vendors, and project managers.

Although this role does not require physical work at a construction site, it is designed for candidates who understand field conditions, labor workflows, tools, materials, and the importance of accurate job site communication. You will help reduce delays, improve documentation, and ensure that crews have the information and resources needed to complete work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily labor assignments and communicate updates to field supervisors.
• Review and organize timecards, job site reports, inspection records, and safety documentation.
• Track construction materials, deliveries, equipment requests, and inventory updates.
• Assist with project schedules, task priorities, and change order documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a construction laborer, field assistant, crew coordinator, or similar construction support role.
